Salesforce is hiring a Senior Onboarding Specialist to join its Customer Success team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will work closely with new Marketing Cloud customers, helping them get started with Salesforce products and ensuring they achieve value quickly.

You will lead onboarding sessions, understand customer goals, provide strategic guidance, and build long-term relationships with enterprise and mid-market customers. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in customer success, SaaS onboarding, and Salesforce technologies.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Salesforce certifications and knowledge of project management principles are an added advantage.
